Candied Cocktail Party Nuts!

Christmas season is fast approaching and that means, Christmas parties! As a host or an invitee, you always want to have something to give to your guests, or bring to your host. We can all get overwhelmed with the holidays; buying gifts, decorating the house, work parties, family dinners, Christmas dinners, and needing an easy go to recipe in your back pocket will help with those crazy times.

This fast and easy recipe is perfect for giving as a gift, serving at a party, or bringing to your host. Typically, candied nuts are made with egg whites, so we had to put on our thinking caps and ask ourselves, "how can we do this?" Roz cleverly whipped up a chia egg and tested it out... And surprisingly it worked! The chia egg is the perfect substitute for this recipe. It sticks perfectly to the nut and crisps up once cooked. The end result is a deliciously spiced and crunchy nut!

Come on girls, let's keep your faces smiling, bellies full of healthy food and putting your energy towards fun and easy tasks! There is no need to be running around in circles, pulling out your hair, guzzling booze to keep your nerves calm (even though you know that doesn't help) and lashing out at the poor pre teen serving you your Holiday spiced latte that's keeping you half alive.
