Rosalyn a.k.a "Ro" or Roz- A passionate vegan who strongly believes that life is better for ALL beings when we keep meat, dairy and eggs off our plates. Eager to learn about plant-based nutrition, she received her certificate from Cornell University's Plant-Based Nutrition course, is always eager to spread the vegan lifestyle.

 

Lauren a.k.a "Lo" or L- A graduate from George Brown College, Lo is always found in her kitchen. She received her Culinary Management and Baking Pre- Employment certificates and is always up for a food challenge. 

 

RoLo- On a grey winter's day, Ro proposed an idea to Lo that changed their lives. While Ro was always impressed with Lo's culinary skills and Lo, always inspired by Ro's drive and passion to promote a plant-based lifestyle, the two merged and created Rolovegan. It is an important facet to their lives to spread the word to keep the animals as our furry friends, to preserve this beautiful planet and most importantly, to prove that you can thrive and live a happy, healthy life on a plant based lifestyle.
